Abbey Care Home - Buckhurst Hill

The Abbey Care Home project in Buckhurst Hill was a new build that required seamless integration with an existing plant room. The work involved connecting four corridors and risers to supply 45 units, each equipped with a bathroom and kitchen. Underfloor heating was installed throughout the facility, utilizing 24 manifolds across all floors. Levels 1 to 3 housed the residential units, while the basement featured offices, surgeries, a small toilet core, and a café area.
